This model has 6 stainless steel sieves , so it can conveniently dry large amounts of food at the same time. When drying at low temperatures, moisture is gradually removed. This ensures preservation of taste, minerals, nutritional values and other health benefits.
With the help of the Concept SO2050 fruit dryer you can prepare for the winter a large supply of dried vegetables, fruits and mushrooms, which are perfect for preparing tasty soups or healthy compotes from apples , plums or pears.
