Meatprobe
No matter if you are a fan of roast beef, medium, rare or well done: with the integrated meatprobe, meat dishes always turn out to the desired point as a sensor inside the meatprobe constantly measures the temperature at the core of the meat. As the meatprobe is connected to the oven, no manual regulation and interaction with the oven is needed. The oven gives an acoustic signal and switches off automatically as soon as the desired core temperature is reached. This results in a perfectly cooked meat dish that is hassle-free.
3D Hotair
Now you can bake two dishes at the same time, in one oven. The innovative 3D HotAir fan distributes heat quickly and evenly throughout the appliance’s interior. That means you can cook using up to three levels at once – without mixing flavours – so you can bake lasagne for tonight and muffins for tomorrow in one go.
AutoPilot 10
With AutoPilot 10 you can cook your meal to perfection. After placing the dish in the product, set - out of 10 - the appropriate automatic program in the display menu. Just add the weight of the dish and press “Start”. AutoPilot then takes over and determines the cooking mode, temperature and cooking duration. It even switches off the program towards the end of the cooking time. As some dishes with the AutoPilot require the use of ovenware with a lid, the interior walls also stay clean. Cooking couldn’t be simpler.
Cleaning Assistance
Your oven is just lightly soiled and you want to clean it quickly? Just place approximately 400ml of water and a drop of washing-up liquid in the base pan and then set the appropriate heating mode (bottom heat), temperature (80°C) and duration (4 minutes). The environmental friendly cleaning system softens baked-on residues so you can just wipe it down, for fast and uncomplicated oven cleaning.
SoftClose
Oven doors are now more convenient than ever: A special damping mechanism prevents oven doors from slamming shut. As you gently push the door shut, it stops just before closing and then shuts itself gently and quietly, thus guaranteeing a long life for both your oven and the oven door.
