A Leica Summicron lens, 1-inch sensor and F1.8 aperture capture detailed 8K Dolby Vision video with up to 14 stops of dynamic range. The 4K/120 fps mode is ideal for creating smooth slow-motion footage.

Versatile zoom and stabilisation
Five focal lengths, up to 12× zoom and 6× lossless zoom help you capture everything from wide scenes to distant details. Tele-macro mode reveals fine textures, while 3-axis stabilisation keeps footage smooth while moving.

Clearer footage in low light
A three-chip AI system processes the image and reduces noise in dim conditions. PureVideo records up to 4K/60 fps in low light while preserving better brightness and detail. Automatic white balance and flicker reduction help keep colours natural.

Intelligent tracking and detachable display
Deep Track 5.0 keeps a selected person or object in frame and supports automatic, zoom and group tracking. The detachable OLED touchscreen lets you control the camera and monitor the image over an HD connection from up to 20 metres away.

Detailed photos and portraits
Luna Ultra captures photos at up to 37 MP and creates 200 MP panoramas with a single tap. The in-camera portrait mode records up to 4K/60 fps video while rendering skin tones naturally. Live Frame features let you create motion photos, slow-motion moments and collages.

Flexible colour grading
Leica colour profiles and filters give footage a polished look straight from the camera. 10-bit I-Log preserves more shadow, highlight and colour information and supports ACES workflows. QR Color Share lets you share saved colour settings with other Luna users via QR code.

Clearer audio recording
Built-in wind protection helps reduce wind noise when recording outdoors. Up to two compatible Insta360 Mic Air or Mic Pro transmitters can be connected directly to the camera, simplifying interviews and two-person conversations.

Long runtime and built-in storage
The 1550 mAh battery provides up to four hours of recording time. With PD fast charging, the camera can be ready to use again in around 23 minutes. Built-in 47 GB storage lets you start filming even without a memory card. Luna Ultra supports MicroSDXC memory cards up to 2 TB.

Easier post-production
