The innovative Digital Control Ring makes cooking easier than ever. With a slight turn of the engraved centre ring, you can adjust any of your settings with just one finger. You’re supported by the high-resolution, plain-text TFT touchscreen and integrated, directly selectable buttons. Clear images and info texts in the inner ring of the Control Ring  guide you through each step as you navigate the programme menu. Thus, you always have a complete overview and full control over your oven.

Automatic Switch-off
Are you uncertain whether your soufflé, pizza or roast is really done? Using the Assist Function your Bosch oven will automatically switch off at programme end. It knows when the dish is ready and informs you also via a signal or the Home Connect app - just connect your oven to your registered Home Connect account.

Pyrolytic self-cleaning: automatically cleans the oven.
Cleaning the oven by hand can be both exhausting and time-consuming. Our ovens with pyrolytic self-cleaning system let you say goodbye to this unpopular chore once and for all. Just select the feature, press “Start” and, depending on the degree of soiling, your oven heats up to 480°C, burning away grease or food residue – no chemicals needed. Once the oven has cooled down, simply wipe out the bit of ash and you’re done. So you can enjoy more time savouring the results and less time cleaning up.

Oven Assistant: The easy way to your preferred dish.
Are you sometimes unsure of which programme is right for which dish? Just ask the Oven Assistant. Connect your oven to your registered Home Connect account and simply tell it what dish you want to prepare via the Home Connect app or your Amazon Alexa voice control device. The oven will then suggest suitable settings or programmes and switch directly to your selection – an extremely convenient feature. 

Recipe World: Discover the world of taste.
Attempting new recipes from a cookbook can be disappointing, especially when they lack precise temperatures and cooking times. With Home Connect you will have full access to an entire world of recipes and transfers your selected recipe’s ideal cooking settings directly to your oven. Just use your mobile device to select your desired dish. Of course, you can also save your favourite recipes in the app for easier access. To enjoy this feature, just connect your oven to your Home Connect account.

Hotair Gentle
Do you want to save energy while cooking? With Hotair Gentle, we’ve improved the heating mode that’s most commonly used in households. The fan distributes the heat evenly throughout the oven cavity, which can help save energy. When baking on a single level – such as small baked goods, cakes in tins or cakes on a baking tray – no preheating is necessary.

Top Bottom Heat Gentle
Do you want to try additional heating modes? Besides the classic Top and Bottom Heat, another version is also available. With this heating mode, you can prepare small baked goods, bread and rolls to perfection every time. Depending on the particular food and method of preparation, you can also save energy.

Air Fry
Why not make your own potato crisps? Or make crisps out of fresh vegetables instead of potatoes? Simply place thinly sliced potatoes or other vegetables on the Air Fry & Grill tray, add a little oil, and select the Air Fry Function, and soon you’ll be comfortably snacking in front of the TV. And here’s another tip: you can also use the Air Fry & Grill tray to prepare grilled dishes. The Air Fry & Grill tray (HEZ629070) is available as an accessory.

Cleaning Assistance
Is your oven lightly soiled and in need of a quick cleaning? Just place approximately 400 ml of water with a drop of liquid detergent in the bottom of the oven cavity and select the proper cleaning programme. The environmentally friendly cleaning system softens baked-on residue, making it much easier to wipe off afterwards.

Soft Close
Oven doors are now more convenient than ever: a special damping mechanism prevents oven doors from slamming shut. As you gently push the door shut, it stops just before closing and then shuts itself gently and quietly, thus guaranteeing a long life for both your oven and the oven door.

Favourites
To avoid having to enter the same settings for your favourite dish over and over again, just save them under “Favourites” so that you can access them instantly and at any time, in the Home Connect app. To enjoy "Favourites", just connect your oven to your registered Home Connect account.

Not sure which oven setting to choose? The Assist Function is here to help. Simply select the dish you’re cooking in the control panel, and your oven does the rest. The ideal heating mode, as well as temperature and preparation time, are all set automatically. Perfection at the push of a button.

The app grants quick acces to innovative cooking and food preparation techniques – directly on your smartphone or tablet. Home Connect
Do you want to control the oven from anywhere and whereever you want? Just connect your oven to your Home Connect account and do it. Benefit from existing possibilities offered by our numerous partners. You can even use voice control with Amazon Alexa or Google Assist. Select all cooking functions, change settings and manage your favourites. Settings are synced between the app and the oven. You’ll be informed via notifications as soon as the programme is done. Software downloads keep your oven updated.

HotAir Safety Fan
When you have a perfect meal cooking inside your oven, you can’t wait to take it out and enjoy it with your loved ones. But sometimes the excessive hot air flowing from inside or the hot external surfaces can ruin the moment. Never again with Bosch cooling fan! As part of the hot air extraction system which uses a thermostat, all external surfaces such as knobs, front door, control panel, are kept at safe temperatures during cooking. Furthermore, the fan stops working once the door opens to prevent excessive hot air hitting you, so that you can enjoy cooking and eating safely without any annoying interruptions. Isn’t it cool!
