While many conventional cold coffee drinks usually consist of hot, brewed, cooled coffee, the GIGA W10 is extracted with cold water, pulsating, under high pressure using the espresso method. The result in the cup is a real cold brew, a natural, energizing, highly digestible soft drink in which the fruit aromas of the coffee come into their own without being overshadowed by bitter substances. Anything else would just be cold coffee.

With a total of 35 coffee specialties, the GIGA W10 offers a variety that leaves nothing to be desired. But that's not all: Customize your GIGA W10 to suit the preferences of your customers, guests and employees. The innovative operation opens up limitless possibilities for individualization! For example, enjoy your flat white with an extra shot of strong coffee. The wealth of coffee enjoyment is doubled by the revolutionary Cold Extraction Process, which also prepares all specialties cold-brewed. Finally, thanks to the new water bypass, it is possible to create extended barista specialties both hot and cold.

Two ceramic disc grinders, two bean containers
For maximum professionalism, the GIGA W10 has two precision grinders with grinding discs made of high-quality, durable ceramic. The two connected bean containers each hold 650 grams. This configuration allows you to choose the ideal type of coffee for each cup. For example, you can enjoy hot specialties from a classic, more intense roast, and cold brews from a trendy, fruity bean variety. Of course, always according to JURA's motto: freshly ground, not encapsulated.

Pay cashless, conveniently managed centrally
The GIGA W10 features the new payment and management system Pocket Pilot 2.0 . With Pocket Pilot 2.0, both cashless payment and central machine monitoring work without any additional infrastructure. This is made possible by “Payment Connect”, which can be easily used in the GIGA W10. The web-based system is free and does not require any software installation. After creating an account for the JURA Pocket Pilot 2.0, you will have access to device management that leaves nothing to be desired.
